There appears to be something written on it.
It reads:
OMG! You smack your head and realize you already knew how to do that WHEN YOU TRAINED YOUR REPAIR SKILL AT A TRAINER! |

Haha. I went out and bought one just to check it out. Kit's right; weak. Better phrasing would be "already learned how to do that."  |
