I think it would be awesome if we could slip a memory chip into our eyes and take pictures. Click click click. Hehe. |

They would need to be lower quality pictures. Smaller lens and all that. And the memory chip would have to be inserted somewhere other than your eyes, you know. But yeah, it's a sweet idea... a real boon for when Photography gets fleshed out more.

Why couldn't they be inserted into the eyes? And why would it have to be lower quality? I have a pen cam that fits the same chips at the professional cameras. The memory chips are REALLY small then to fit inside a pen. Or a ring. They should fit into the backs of the eyes just fine.
Don't think memory cards we have here.
This super HR technology. |

Well, I'm fairly certain that the smaller a lens is, the lower quality of a picture you'll end up getting.
And the only reason I say the chips shouldn't be inserted into the eyes is in case they have upgrades put in already. I mean, cyber eyes only have so many sockets in which to hold things with.
Actually, I would much rather prefer a totally different set of eyes for picture-taking. Like, specially-tailored ones that you couldn't put perception upgrades in or anything. It just seems like a "camera-eye" would need some kind of special internal parts to function as an actual camera.

PS: I doubt any of that actually read very well. I'm trying to multitask. _________________

I'd gladly sacrafice a slot in my eyes for a camera. |

Well a simple solution for a simple problem that will probably not show up in game:
Eyes fitted with a perception chip in my mind and as described in game help perception, thus lenses would not be needed. If one has the perception chip all she'd need is a memory chip to stick in. I would personally think that the memory chip should be installed within the perception upgrade.
