Well, sorta.
Techs can give items to their droids. A few new commands were added to droids as well, just for this:
COMMAND DROID TO
GIVE - droid gives the item in its hands back to you
DROP - droid drops the item in its hands onto the ground
GET - droid gets the item from its 'backpack'
STOW - droid stows the item into its 'backpack'
DISPLAY - droid displays what it's carrying
All the more reason to get another droid _________________ Something wicked this way comes... |

Drake....anyone can take anything they want out of our droids. Not good.
And this is annoying too. Instead of defaulting to things on the ground, or on yourself, it automatically defaults to the droid.
I can't pick up a vial if there's a vial inside my droid's backpack.
One more thing....
Code: |
You instruct your droid to display its inventory.
a soft purple ososha sack embroidered with some beautiful serpentine sirolei ivy in shades of green
a mining pick
a fifty-pound box
a block of brown clay
a forest green drying pouch embroidered with golden scrollwork
a heavy black tool bag
a mining pick |
I just took all the stuff outta the droid because I don't want people taking my stuff by accident...but it's still displaying it has it all inside of it. |

Okay....another really odd bug.
I can GET my fifty-pound box from my droid. I put the box in my satchel. Now, I command my droid to get the box and give it to me. It gets it from my satchel -- the system still things it's holding it -- and give it to me.
It doesn't duplicate the items...but it's the only way to get rid of the display. I really like being about to get stuff directly from my droid....I really DON'T like having other people able to get stuff from my droid.
Making the droid give me everything it's holding could be a REALLY BIG hassle...but I'd prefer that then letting everyone take stuff from my droid on default for what's on themselves or on the ground. |

The same thing happens with Spirit Servants. Probably some weird parser stuff happening. I've just gotten used to typing in the adjective. _________________ Help! Help! I'm being oppressed! |

But can everyone get stuff from the servant? And how do you pick something up off the ground if your servant holds one of the same thing? I tried 'get vial from ground.' Didn't work. |

Well no, I don't think anyone can get anything from the servants. If they have something similar to an item on the ground, I usually do "get ocia box" or "get other/second/third/etc... box" if the first doesn't work. _________________ Help! Help! I'm being oppressed! |

And if something is in a container, other people can look in it, get stuff from it, and put stuff in it too. |
