Not sure, but you can see the person westward in the cybershop to do it until then.

Adding chips, pistons, and so on to give different bonuses/abilities (techs must do this).
Adding different coverings to alter how they look on the surface (everyone can do this).

Eyes, arms, hands, legs, feet. If you get a leg, you have to get the foot on the same side done, too. You can't only get one cyber eye, you need both (sadly).
