Oh, cool. I was wondering why I'd get 3+1 seconds instead of 2+2.
Back to the roundtimes...
I don't think that foraging goes down as you get more skill, I just think that you get larger bundles of stuff. But I haven't foraged in a long time, so I could certainly be wrong.

Climbing, swimming go down with skill. Leaping (combat) goes down with acro, athletics, and (I think) coord and agil.

Forage RT does not decrease with skill, correct.
