What stats play a major role in using technician tools? Is it like medics and their medical equipment? coordination and mentality? _________________ It is better to be pissed off than pissed on. |

It's mostly coordination and intelligence. Coordination being the most important.

Hmm..so the fact that I have over 50 coordination but less than 10 intellect is hindering my ability to fix/install stuff? |
