They must have insanely pimped out potion of quickness. I can sort of understand why NPCs would have such quick searches, since them being in RT gives us a chance to get a few hits in and kill their balance, but still.

The NPC's just put us to shame in some areas. Even the Hoaweisho can roll to their feet when knocked down.

Yes, technically critters have 2* their level in every skill. Even, say, Law.
