What hint action? I could have figured that out...the trainer *does* offer those two things, just like the Eolai one offers dancing and agility. I'm sure the other ones do the same thing but I'm not interested in them. |

Not all of the trainers actually teach a skill or stat. So it could be more of a mystery with them; though they might still reveal key points in their training speech, as the Eolai and Alteri stances do. _________________ Behind every optic is a mathematic. |

If a stance has unusual skill/stat requirements it's trainable there, ones with nothing trainable follow the standard skill/stat calculations. _________________ ~Hunter~ |

Lets pretend for a moment that the accuracy of a weapon is rated 1-100....now...I think it seems pretty obvious that the alteri stance raises accuracy....
Now...would the alteri stance buff accuracy up to a certain point...like say...the max it could possibly help your accuracy would be to 80 points...but if you already had that much accuracy on your own, or beyond it would really do nothing for you. Would that be how the alter istance is set up? Or any accuracy stance, would it be based on the skill involved and stat as to how high it *can* affect accuracy? Like if I have my medicine and coordination higher it could affect a higher number, say 85. |

Just so you know... The unarmed stances do not affect ranged weapons any longer. Mickey had claimed that was a bug and fixed it. _________________ One must have knowledge beyond learning, and wisdom beyond understanding to say what can or cannot be. |

I'm not sure I understand the question Brenton, but I'll try. If you're "too good" to gain advantage from using a certain stance, it's because the creatures your fighting aren't good enough. While I realize that the selection of higher creatures is limited, theoretically there would eventually be a creature that you couldn't hit with your natural accuracy, but a bonus to it (like from a stance) would be enough to make you hit it. Of course a creature of such difficulty would likely slaughter you after you tink it once unless your other stats and skills are also up to par. Does that answer it? _________________ ~Hunter~ |

Yes...in other words theres never a time when the bonus is negated. And I wasn't refering to ranged weapons...not sure where you got that idea Kel. |

from news 40...
Legends tell of an ancient academy where anyone could go to learn their traditional racial fighting techniques. Most thought it either a myth, or true but long destroyed. However, the hidden path has been rediscovered even though the great statue marking it has long been buried. Explore near Llanfair to find the path yourself! _________________ ~Hunter~ |
